What does winning mean to you?
Lets be honest here. We all want to “win!” I mean who doesn’t, right? So what is YOUR definition of a winner?

As founder of CA Image Consulting, I believe that there are four ways to think about LIFE and “WINNING”...

• Winners don’t settle and they embrace when they stumble or struggle!
• Winners go the extra mile. Period!
• Winners make it FUN and “self talk” once in a while!
• Winners KNOW their priorities!
  

With over 20 years in the pageant, dance, fashion and photography industry I’ve had the pleasure to work with countless children, teens, and adults across the country. Whether it’s creating the perfect wardrobe for the professional woman, assisting in the honing of my pageant clients interview skills or even writing a uniquely cultivated speech or introduction, truth be told, I’ve always been a bit of a “creative.” Wait. That’s an understatement! It’s truly my wheelhouse and my PASSION!

I’m proud of the relationships I have developed with my clients and the continued accomplishments/awards they’ve garnered over the years with CA Image Consulting! Their successes, increased self-esteem, determination, and of course WINS truly are transformational! To witness and be a part of this transformation is the greatest of rewards. Lucky me! I get a front row seat! Let me tell

Now, lets rewind. I’ll ask again.
What does winning mean to YOU? If you’ve read up to this point, you’ve probably figured out that MY definition rests far beyond simply a pageant title! Here’s the hard truth: 

I can’t guarantee you will win the title at your next pageant or that you will see overnight success. Those who are true winners know this. It’s all about embracing the journey ahead. 

Therefore, I’m sure that you’re itching to ask, “CARLA ANN, WHAT CAN YOU GUARANTEE?” My response, “Refer to the bullet points I posted above.” With a positive mindset, a willingness to embrace critiques and a no excuses attitude, YOU! WILL! SOAR! For one, this “soaring” may be defined as improved pageant placement or achievement of a pageant title. For another, a fear of speaking in public may have been overcome. And for yet another, they might have championed ahead and finally found confidence in embarking upon a whole new wardrobe or personal style!

Regardless of what your ultimate “win” looks like, one thing is for certain; you may or may not walk away with a title....but you WILL walk away standing taller, more confident and with a “reset” mindset. A true success....equipped and ready to take on the next chapter of your life!
